What To Bring

  • Business Cards – to exchange with your peers during networking and interaction sessions.

  • Laptop (optional) – we will host a wireless coffee break area where conference participants can check e-mail, conduct research or simply surf the Web.  The OSU Foundation will provide a handful of laptops, but they are available on a first-come first-serve basis.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop should they require immediate Internet access.

  • Printed Materials – bring your best magazines, handouts, brochures, and case statements to share for our Resources Exchange.  Drop off and pick up a couple to inspire new ideas!

  • Attire – dress is business casual, and all participants are encouraged to wear your school colors.

  • Job Posting Information – there will be a message board in the center of the social area where participants may post available job openings within their respective organizations.

  • Comfortable Shoes – restaurants and entertainment are right outside your door in downtown OKC, but it will require you to walk a short distance.

  • A Great Attitude! – our goal is to provide you with an enriching, valuable conference experience by offering high impact information, networking, and technical expertise to enhance your current aptitude and skills.  The more you take advantage of all these offerings and the better your attitude – the more you will take away from the conference.
