Pam Ehlers completed both her bachelors and masters’ degrees from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, a career counseling specialist degree from Pittsburg State University in Kansas, and a doctorate degree in higher educational leadership from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

After teaching in the public schools for five years, Pam served as a career counselor for Cottey College in Nevada, MO.  After two years, she became the assistant director for job development at Pittsburg State University, and in 1994 became the Director of PSU Career Services. She served as director until accepting the similar position at Oklahoma State University in June 2006.

Kim and Pam have one son, Chase, who is a junior at OSU. Her husband Kim works for the USDA/NRCS in Stillwater.
