Exhibit Setup
Setup will begin at noon on Monday, March 9.
We ask that all exhibitors be in place no later than 5 p.m.
on Monday.
Early Bird Exhibiting
Early Bird exhibiting is available from 4 –
6:30 p.m. on Monday. This runs in conjunction
with our participant registration times, and we encourage exhibitors
to take the opportunity to greet participants during this time.
Door Prizes
Bring a door prize and get recognized!
You have the opportunity to provide door prizes ($25 minimum
value) that will be given during one of the three plenary sessions.
If you plan to offer a door prize, please e-mail a
description of the prize to
info@OSUgiving.com by February 28 so that you can receive
appropriate recognition during the plenary session.
