Evening Receptions

Networking Cocktail Reception - Monday, March 9 beginning at 5 p.m.

Monday’s evening festivities features a reception for participants to meet and greet their Big 12 peers. The reception will be held from 5-7 p.m. in the Skirvin Ballroom located on the hotel’s second floor. Come and enjoy hot hors’ d’oeuvres, refreshing beverages and sparkling conversation with all your Big 12 counterparts.

Art Museum Mixer – Tuesday, March 10
beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday evening’s reception will be held at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art located approximately three short blocks from the Skirvin Hotel. Transportation will be provided for those who do not want to walk or in the event of inclement weather. Conference participants can enjoy hors d’oeuvres, Oklahoma wine (it’s great!) and touring the world-class Oklahoma City Museum of Art. The museum features special exhibitions drawn throughout the world and an extensive permanent collection of European and American artwork. Most notably, the Museum hosts a large collection of original Dale Chihuly glass sculptures which will be on display. The museum will be open from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at no charge to conference participants. We hope to see you there!
